Loser of The Day - Utah State Sen. Mark Madsen
This guy is proposing legislation in the Utah legislature to "double-up" on MLK day by adding the celebration of the birthday of John Browning, one of the orginial designers of machine guns and a gun pioneer. What a crock,. The state of Utah called MLK day "Human Rights Day" until 2000 and is perhaps the most conservative state in America. This is only an attempt by some of them to display their hatred for equal rights and the American way.
Winner of the Day - Keith Olbermann
for having the guts to confront the obvious in the Tea Party movement... that is almost exclusively white. In his special comments last night, Keith held the Teabaggers accountable for trying to portray themselves as an 'independent' movement when they are in reality a far right angry mob.
